By enrolling in the JUEY Monthly Maintenance Membership, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions

1. Initial Enrollment Payment

Enrollment in the membership requires a one-time initial payment based on the customer’s vehicle size and selected membership category. This initial payment is due at the time of sign-up and secures the customer’s entry into the JUEY Monthly Maintenance Membership program.

2. Monthly Membership Billing

Following the initial enrollment payment, the recurring monthly membership fee will begin the following month and will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled by the customer or otherwise terminated under these terms. Monthly pricing is determined by vehicle size and selected plan.

3. Membership Benefits

During the month of enrollment, the customer will receive one complimentary basic wash. Thereafter, each active membership month includes three basic washes as part of the monthly maintenance plan.

4. Full Detail Member Discount

Active membership customers who choose to receive another full detailing service while their membership remains in good standing will be eligible for a $100 discount toward that full detailing service. This discount applies in place of the standard full-detail price adjustment and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless expressly stated by JUEY.

5. Membership Continuation and Cancellation

The membership will automatically continue each month unless and until the customer requests cancellation. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

6. Non-Transferability

Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the vehicle and customer account associated with the original enrollment, unless otherwise approved in writing by JUEY.

7. Service Scope

Basic washes and maintenance services included in the membership are limited to the services specifically described in the membership plan. Additional services, specialty treatments, excessive pet hair removal, stain removal, biohazard cleanup, or other add-on detailing services may be subject to additional charges.

8. Scheduling and Availability

All membership services are subject to appointment availability, operating hours, weather conditions when applicable, and service capacity. JUEY will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred scheduling requests but does not guarantee specific appointment dates or times.

9. Missed or Unused Services

Unused washes or services included in a membership month do not carry over into future months unless expressly stated otherwise by JUEY in writing. Missed appointments may be subject to rescheduling policies and availability limitations.

10. Changes to Membership Terms

JUEY reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, policies, or terms at any time, with changes applying prospectively and with reasonable notice to active members when required.

11. Acceptance

By signing up for the JUEY Monthly Maintenance Membership, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
